i am in helsinki! i went to the western shores and kayaked for a wee bit. the guy i paddled with told me i was not just SLOW but THE SLOWEST he has ever paddled with. i remember when i use to be an athlete. with that in mind i have a big fat birthday on the horizon....yey me!
