bank of america STINKS

i am so not happy with bank of america. i hate that bank and will change as soon as i get home. my card receipt or maybe from a computer, and someone apparently tried to take money, this transaction didnt happen because this person plugged in the incorrect address and name. so what happens is that I need to get a new card. i guess i understand but what i dont understand is that if they are pluggin in the wrong information, like address and name, why should i be so worried. they dont know my password for my bank card...there must be a better way to protect.

anyway after almost 2 hours on call waiting...i am getting a new card issued. the biggest problem is that this is my only means of dollars...very upsetting. and the reason i REALLY hate bank of america is that i was told several different things. no one seems to know their job there.

i am still in Jurmala a beach town close to Riga and im heading to the city in a few hours. then off to Lithuania.
